Last Saturday the 6th of June was China2West 10 year anniversary, it was celebrated at the Harbour View Hotel in Zhuhai. The night kicked off with cocktails and hors d’oeuvre before the 120 guests took their seats for a presentation of the company’s history. Starting all the way back in 2005, the presentation showed the humble beginnings of which the company started to its dominant position today.
The buffet was opened with a full array of both Western and Asian food, accompanied with wine. Not long into the meal the entertainment began. Using the stage at the front of the hall all the workers from China2West’s headquarters in Zhuhai performed a dance, some with a little more eloquence than others.
The 3 bosses finished off the last dance which was highly welcomed by the guests. The amateurs were then cleared off the stage for the Spit Shine Spurs, Zhuhai’s famous country band. After covers ranging from Bob Marley to the Arctic Monkeys, Nick Cunningham, president and founder of China2West took to the stage for the closing speech. With champagne in hand a toast was raised to the company and the hotel for providing such an exceptional night.
The guests and the Spit Shine Spurs relocated to the London Lounge to carry on the party. The band carried on the party into the early hours for the guests to enjoy.
