This product was designed in co-operation with kitesurf brand Maelstorm and was manufactured in a factory sourced and audited by C2W.

The board is a laminar construction similar to a snowboard with a Paulownia CNC machined 12mm woodcore, biaxial fibreglass and ICP top/bottom printed sheets with ABS side rails.

The basic process is that the raw materials are shaped then sandwiched, bonded and pressed in a thermo aluminium mold before being finished on a CNC lathe and finally edges polished.
