Consisting of SS201 brackets (solid and hinged), SS201 self tapping screws and a drive bit.

The relatively heavy duty brackets fabricated in 3mm stamped 201 stainless steel. Due to the thickness and subsequent hardness of the steel, some quite extensive stamping tooling development was required to achieve stable production rates, these parts are renowned for causing expensive and regular tooling break downs.

In order to give us maximum output, back up options and remain competitive for our customers, we use two separate suppliers whom receive an even share of the quantities. Each supplier uses a different processing technique but between we are able to produce parts that are perfectly consistent and very often shipments from both suppliers are mixed.

The brackets are treated with a thick 0.08mm white powder coat to give a smooth and strong glossy finish.

The screws are sub-contracted out to a small but very capable supplier we have a long business relationship, over the course of our relations we have helped them to remap their manufacturing and quality system to become a constantly reliable source for all types of fixings.

Packaging supplier is also arranged by one of our own Audited and proven vendors – the LS Kits finish up in a strong poly bag with the customer label stapled in position.
