Five General Product Assembly Rooms: These rooms are equipped with the latest technology and are versatile enough to handle a wide range of products. The layout and tools in each room are configured to maximize productivity and ensure the safety of our workforce.
One Dedicated Electronic Product Assembly Room: Recognizing the unique requirements of electronic assembly, this room is specifically designed for the assembly of electronics, including PCB assembly, electronic component assembly and more. It features a controlled environment that minimizes static and dust contamination, ensuring the integrity of sensitive assemblies. Equipped with advanced soldering stations and comprehensive diagnostic tools, this room is optimized to manage and assemble delicate electronic components with precision.

1. Evaluation & Consultation
We kick things off by understanding your needs and planning the best path forward—an NDA is available from the start to protect your ideas.
Please note that we only work with companies with a feasible product, we are straight talkers and if we believe your idea is not good, we will let you know right from the start.
2. Route to Market Plan (RTMP)
After the initial consultation, and if the project is feasible, we will provide a comprehensive RTMP (Route to Market Plan) which outlines the exact steps required to complete the project.
Each stage of the plan will be linked to a clear timescale, cost, and project phase deliverable.
3. Project Definition
With the RTMP in place, we refine your project through R&D or start on engineering drawings for manufacturing.
Our team is very nimble, and we’re always open to new ideas. New training, new equipment, and even specialized processes are regularly introduced at our facility.
4. Design for Manufacturing (DFM/DFMA)
We ensure your design is optimized for manufacturing and assembly.
With the BOM finalized, we’ll identify reliable manufacturers while safeguarding your IP—by splitting production across multiple suppliers, only we and you know the “secret sauce.”
5. Mass Production & Assembly
We source components from trusted suppliers and assemble the final product in-house, ensuring top-quality results and IP security.

6. Quality Control & Logistics
Through rigorous inspections, we catch and fix potential issues, ensuring your product shines from the first impression.
