We only collect enough information about you to process your enquiry to the best of our abilities. In order for you to make an enquiry with us, we need to know your name, company, address, telephone number and e-mail details.
This allows us to authenticate who you are whenever you contact us and the genuine nature of your enquiry. As well as allowing us to tailor our services towards you, it also allows us to record the precise details of each enquiry.
We may also periodically, use those details to inform you of any special offers and/or other company news we believe would be of interest to you. If you would rather not receive this latter information, a facility will be available to unsubscribe at the end of the correspondence.
Under no circumstances do C2W ever sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
Upon entering into a business relationship with you or even beginning to work on an enquiry with you, we are more than happy to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) with you. We have a simple standard lawyer proofed C2W NDA that we be-spoke to individual clients, this is altered to be directed at you, sent for you to sign/stamp and scan & e-mail back to us, we will then do the same and send back to you.
However alternatively, if you have your own NDA that you would like us to look at please send it through and we will give it our full consideration.
