Electroplating

The process (electro disposition) is that of using electrical current through a part to apply a very thin layer of material, normally metal. Aesthetic qualities are the most common requirements but electroplated parts are also wear and corrosion resistant.

Well known for its high rejection percentage, this is often a relatively expensive option. However, once the good parts (60 -70%) are separated your product will look and feel spectacular.

We vigorously inspect, test and facilitate only the best suppliers and whilst we quite willing to offer a range of price options we will always recommend our customers away from the cheaper options.
